The TANF is for low-income families in need, they provide temporary financial help until the family is back on their feet. The Homeless Voice in South and Center Florida helps with shelter, services, and other programs to those who are homeless or on the verge of becoming one. Florida Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
