The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), a federally funded program that provides food benefits through an Electronic Benefit Transfer Card. The Link-Up program gives 50% reduction for telephone service installation charges to quailed applicants without a phone service.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

This Company is one of Maine’s largest energy provider and provides its customers with programs that can assist them with their bills.

- Citizens Energy partnered with CITGO Petroleum
The Company works with thousands of oil heat dealers and local fuel assistance agencies in 25 states. They deliver heating oil to those in need. The Oil Heat Program provides qualified families a one-time delivery of 100 gallons of fuel. Assistance with light oils, gasoline and fuel oils.
