There are many single mom grants that can assist you if you’re having trouble in Trenton, NJ. These are some resources to contact to get the help you need.
Single mom grants in Trenton
Cash Assistance
The WorkFirst NJ and TANF provide cash assistance to qualified families. The General Assistance can be applied for individually or as a couple. For Supplemental Safety Income (SSI), disabled people can apply. Reach the Hudson County welfare office at (201) 420-3000.
Help with Food
The SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) is available in New Jersey. Check to see if you’re eligible, and submit your application online or mail it to the Hudson County Dept. Family Services at (201) 420-3000.
