The Jump On It! Program
A national non-profit organization that provides computers and training for low-income families. It offers free computers and computer training to students in grades K-12 who are eligible for a reduced or free school lunch and live within the United States.
The On It Foundation
A nonprofit national organization that offers computer training and free computers to low-income families in the US with students in grades K-12, is called a “National Nonprofit Organization.” A student must be in grade K-12 and receive a reduced-price or free school lunch. They also need to reside in the United States to qualify for a computer.
Comp-U-Dopt
A non-profit, aims to “eliminate restricted access to computers and facilitate growth in technical literacy skills and support youth and their futures.” They also offer job training, technical assistance, and other help to low-income individuals to gain the skills they need to be competitive in today’s economy.
Internet Service Help For Single Moms
- Check With Your Employer – Your employer might offer employees free wifi or a discount on internet services at work. To find out more about what is available and the rules of usage, check with your human resource department.
- Affordability Connectivity Program – A federal temporary assistance program that offered free or discounted internet service to eligible applicants until March 1, 2022.
- AT&T – offers discounted internet service for low-income households in 21 US states. With the ACP benefit, you can choose between limited or unlimited data plans starting at $0 to $20 per month.
- CenturyLink – offer different internet plans to meet your needs. CenturyLink representatives will help you find an equivalent, participating plan if you are a current subscriber.
- Cricket Wireless – offers a 15GB mobile hotspot, unlimited data plans (high-speed) and a 100GB data only plan. ACP discounts allow you to pay $5-10 per month for your service.
- HughesNet – provides discounted satellite-based internet service for low-income households through the ACP. You can choose from a variety of HughesNet Gen5 plans, ranging in size from 10 GB up to 50 GB in all states and Puerto Rico.
- T-Mobile – offers 4G and 5G speeds, and different ACP-eligible data plans for both monthly and annual customers. Customers may need to change their data plans in order to access ACP. Ex-Sprint customers and Metro by T-Mobile subscribers may also need to switch data plans in order to use ACP.
- Verizon – offers internet connectivity in low-income households across the country. The ACP can be used with any Fios Mix & Match plan, unlimited mobile data plans and 5G Home Internet plans.

Does not offer free clothing, it can provide items at steep discounts (especially on discount days). Every store offers specials on specific days of the week. Sometimes, discounts up to 50% are available.
TrySpree
Connects you to retailers that offer free samples. It is a forum-based community that allows members to post leads for free samples, and then share their experiences with retailers. Every post is reviewed by fellow members who are passionate about sharing and finding the best freebies. Although offers may vary, many offer free T-shirts, sweatshirts or hats.

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children
This program provides nutritional assistance. WIC provides free nutritional foods and baby formula to nearly 9 million mothers and babies each month.
