Privacy
What we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it, in plain English.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to send through the form on our contact, find work and hire pages. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and what you tell us about your work and hours, or about the role you are hiring for.
Our pages run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and they set no cookies of their own.
The form and the service that runs it
Our form is provided by LeadConnector and loads from its servers. When you use it, LeadConnector receives what you type, along with the technical details any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type. It may use cookies to make the form work, and it handles that information for us under its own privacy terms.
Why we use your details
- To reply to you.
- To look for jobs that fit the hours you can keep, or for candidates for your role.
- To arrange calls and interviews.
- To keep a record of what we agreed with you.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.
Who sees your details
The people on our team who work on your search. If you are looking for work, an employer sees your details only after we have described the role to you and you have agreed. If you are hiring, the candidates we introduce learn who the employer is and what the role involves.
How long we keep them
We keep your details while we are working with you. When you ask us to delete them, we do, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
Use the contact form to see the details we have on you, have a mistake fixed, or have your details erased. Some states, such as California, give residents extra rights over their personal information, and we will help you use them.
Children
Our service is for adults looking for work and for employers. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date below.
