Public Utility Commission of Texas

The Public Utility Commission of Texas offers, LITE-UP, Lifeline, Link-Up, and Weatherization Assistance. The LITE-UP is created for low-income below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines families that need financial support with their utility bills and provides discounts to customers applied in Medicaid and SNAP. The LifeLine program helps reduce monthly telephone bills to families in need. The Link-Up program provides discounted telephone installation services to those that live on tribal lands.
